I'm a tradesperson like you.. REALLY!!
Ok, I'm more than that. I started with the family business in corporate telecommunications and IT for over 10 years in Australia.
Corporate Account management, sales, customer service, running telemarketing teams, telecommunication and utility auditing, satellite communications, IT internet broadband of buildings... the list goes on.
Then after moving to Canada to get married, guess what, different country, time to start again........
the office is boring (sometimes)
I started my accelerated trade training in a large Commercial Landscaping company based in Langley BC as the Estimator / Project Co-ordinator.
Not just closing large projects and directing over 50 employees from the office, but going and working in the dirt with my team. I have worked on extensive projects in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver.
After being involved with trades and construction, I see that the industry has a real need for business development.
Focus is needed on internal workflow improvement to maximize profits and minimise costs.
